By purchasing or downloading my products, you agree to the Licensing Agreement and all conditions outlined in these Terms of Use.

Terms & Conditions

  • Do NOT claim any of my designs, digital products, or templates as your own.

  • You may NOT copy, share, resell, or redistribute my digital files in any form.

  • All digital products are available for immediate download. NO physical item will be shipped to you.

  • Due to the nature of digital products, returns or exchanges will not be accepted. All sales are final.

Licensing Agreements

IMPORTANT: Licensing terms vary based on the design asset, digital file, or color palette you’re using. Be sure to read and understand ALL applicable licensing agreement terms for the product(s) you have.

  • • All digital design assets in my FREE SVG Cut File bundles include a personal use license only (projects for yourself, family, or friends).

    • To use FREE digital design assets to make and sell ANY quantity of PHYSICAL end-products for small business use only (up to 2 employees) and/or to produce ANY quantity of UVDTF, sublimation transfers, screen print transfers, etc, you MUST purchase Commercial Licensing or join the Craft Savvy Membership.

    • Digital design assets must NEVER be used commercially in DIGITAL products of any kind.

    • Digital design assets may NOT be used or altered in any way to create new artwork using any Casey Evans Design Co element(s). Not for use as clip art.

    • Digital design assets CANNOT be uploaded and used on print-on-demand or print fulfillment websites such as Printify, Printful, Society6, Redbubble, Zazzle, Merch by Amazon, Threadless, TeePublic, Spoonflower, etc.

    • Casey Evans Design Co is not responsible for any printing or other errors that may arise when using any digital design assets. Test printing for color matching especially is highly recommended before production.

    • While not required, I truly appreciate it when you credit and/or tag @caseyevansco for the design assets, but it is not obligatory.

  • • All digital design assets in my PAID SVG Cut File bundles include an unlimited personal use license (projects for yourself, family, or friends) and a limited commercial use license (permitting you to make and sell up to 100 PHYSICAL items).

    • To use PAID digital design assets to make and sell OVER 100 quantities of PHYSICAL end-products for small business use only (up to 2 employees) and/or to produce ANY quantity of UVDTF, sublimation transfers, screen print transfers, etc, you MUST purchase Commercial Licensing or join the Craft Savvy Membership.

    • Digital design assets must NEVER be used commercially in DIGITAL products of any kind.

    • Digital design assets may NOT be used or altered in any way to create new artwork using any Casey Evans Design Co element(s). Not for use as clip art.

  • • ONLY color palettes have flexible licensing because let’s face it, trying to claim rights to colors isn’t exactly something I ever plan to spend time on!

    • You are free to use my color palettes for unlimited personal or commercial use in both physical and digital products without purchasing a commercial license or seeking additional permission from Casey Evans Design Co.

    • This does NOT mean that you can claim them as your own, share, resell, or redistribute them in any form.

    • While not required, I truly appreciate it when you credit and/or tag @caseyevansco for the color palette, but it is not obligatory.

  • You MUST purchase Commercial Licensing if you wish to:

    • Use FREE designs to make and sell ANY quantity of PHYSICAL end-products for small business use

    • Use PAID designs to make and sell OVER 100 quantities of PHYSICAL end-products for small business use

    • Produce ANY quantity of UVDTF, sublimation transfers, screen print transfers, etc.

    For your convenience, I have two Unlimited Commercial Licensing options available:

    • Join the Craft Savvy Membership for $7/month, or

    • Purchase an Unlimited Commercial Use License

Technical Support

  • Make sure that your devices have the latest versions of Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, Procreate, or similar programs installed before using my digital design asset products.

  • Immediately after you’ve placed your order, you can access your digital downloads on the Order Confirmation page. Additionally, you’ll receive two emails — you’ll get the order confirmation first, followed by a separate email containing links to access your digital downloads again!

  • Please Note — Download links expire 24 hours after your purchase. If you attempt to click an expired link, a new link will be sent to the email address used for the initial purchase.

  • If you have any problems downloading your products or any technical questions not covered on this page, please contact me and I’ll be happy to manually re-send your downloads or provide any additional support.
