Frequently Asked Questions

  • Procreate is available only on the App Store for iPad. You can purchase Procreate here.

  • Pocket is an iPhone-sized version of the app that’s available separately. You can grab Procreate Pocket here.

  • Technically, no — Any compatible stylus or even your fingertips will work to use Procreate. However, there are definitely limitations when you’re not using one, so for the best experience (and access to all features!) I’d highly recommend the investment!

  • YES!! The Autumn Comfort Color Palette used in the tutorial on this page is available for instant download so you can try it for FREE here!

  • Since my color palettes are digital products that cannot technically be returned or exchanged, I cannot offer any refunds for any reason! Please be sure to check any applicable requirements before placing an order and if you have any questions about color palettes, please contact me.

  • • Do NOT claim any of my designs, digital products, or templates as your own.

    • You may NOT copy, share, resell, or redistribute my digital files in any form.

    • All digital products are available for immediate download. NO physical item will be shipped to you.

    • Due to the nature of digital products, returns or exchanges will not be accepted. All sales are final.

  • • ONLY color palettes have flexible licensing because let’s face it, trying to claim rights to colors isn’t exactly something I ever plan to spend time on!

    • You are free to use my color palettes for unlimited personal or commercial use in both physical and digital products without purchasing a commercial license or seeking additional permission from Casey Evans Design Co.

    • This does NOT mean that you can claim them as your own, share, resell, or redistribute them in any form.

    • While not required, I truly appreciate it when you credit and/or tag @caseyevansco for the color palette, but it is not obligatory.

  • Make sure that your devices have the latest version of Procreate installed before using my Color Palettes.

    Immediately after you’ve placed your order, you can access your digital downloads on the Order Confirmation page. Additionally, you’ll receive two emails — you’ll get the order confirmation first, followed by a separate email containing links to access your digital downloads again!

    Please Note — Download links expire 24 hours after your purchase. If you attempt to click an expired link, a new link will be sent to the email address used for the initial purchase.

    If you have any problems downloading your products or any technical questions not covered on this page, please contact me and I’ll be happy to manually re-send your downloads or provide any additional support.
