Frequently Asked Questions

  • All of my SVG cut files are designed to easily fit on a 12 x 12 inch cutting mat, with the longest side being no more than 11 inches. But they are all fully scalable vector graphics that you can resize as needed without the risk of losing any quality!

  • For your convenience, every SVG cut file design includes four different file formats!

    Of course I’m including the single-layer SVG cut file, plus you will also receive an AutoCAD DXF file, an RGB color PNG file, and a CMYK color JPEG file.

  • In short, my FREE SVG Cut File bundles include a personal use license only (projects for yourself, family, or friends) and my PAID SVG Cut File bundles include an unlimited personal use license (projects for yourself, family, or friends) and a limited commercial use license (permitting you to make and sell up to 100 PHYSICAL items).

    SVG files are the file type of choice for various crafting and design projects, such as vinyl cutting, laser engraving, sublimation, stickers, custom t-shirts, and more. Elevate your crafting experience with SVGs by adding personalized touches to make your creations truly one-of-a-kind.

  • YES, you can submit a custom SVG Design Request to me anytime! You might even receive a $10 gift card if we both agree to add your design to my shop! But if you want it all for yourself or if I don’t feel it’s a good fit, then you’ll pay $10 for a personalized SVG package with an unlimited commercial license.   • Since my SVG cut file bundles are digital products that cannot technically be returned or exchanged, I cannot offer any refunds for any reason! Please be sure to check any applicable requirements before placing an order and if you have any questions about SVG cut files, please contact me.

  • • Do NOT claim any of my designs, digital products, or templates as your own.

    • You may NOT copy, share, resell, or redistribute my digital files in any form.

    • All digital products are available for immediate download. NO physical item will be shipped to you.

    • Due to the nature of digital products, returns or exchanges will not be accepted. All sales are final.

  • • All digital design assets in my FREE SVG Cut File bundles include a personal use license only (projects for yourself, family, or friends).

    • To use FREE digital design assets to make and sell ANY quantity of PHYSICAL end-products for small business use only (up to 2 employees) and/or to produce ANY quantity of UVDTF, sublimation transfers, screen print transfers, etc, you MUST purchase Commercial Licensing or join the Craft Savvy Membership.

    • Digital design assets must NEVER be used commercially in DIGITAL products of any kind.

    • Digital design assets may NOT be used or altered in any way to create new artwork using any Casey Evans Design Co element(s). Not for use as clip art.

    • Digital design assets CANNOT be uploaded and used on print-on-demand or print fulfillment websites such as Printify, Printful, Society6, Redbubble, Zazzle, Merch by Amazon, Threadless, TeePublic, Spoonflower, etc.

    • Casey Evans Design Co is not responsible for any printing or other errors that may arise when using any digital design assets. Test printing for color matching especially is highly recommended before production.

    • While not required, I truly appreciate it when you credit and/or tag @caseyevansco for the design assets, but it is not obligatory.

  • Immediately after you’ve placed your order, you can access your digital downloads on the Order Confirmation page. Additionally, you’ll receive two emails — you’ll get the order confirmation first, followed by a separate email containing links to access your digital downloads again!

    Please Note — Download links expire 24 hours after your purchase. If you attempt to click an expired link, a new link will be sent to the email address used for the initial purchase.
